Imbani Housing

Imbani Housing (Pty) Limited has delivered 5 high-income cluster developments for Eskom on a turn key basis.  The developments comprise 320 houses, totalling approximately 44 000 m², with about 50 different designs.  Funding for this project of just over R 400 million was secured from Imbani's own balance sheet.
