Before the dawn of the new democratic dispensation in South Africa, Mr Briss Mathabathe founded the Imbani Group in 1993. This fledgling group focussed on development, trading and consultancy services and has since flourished to become a conglomerate that covers a wide spectrum of capital investment projects.
