Property

Imbani has investments in most high growth sectors and adds significant value to these investments by leveraging its network and skill sets across them. These sectors include:

Imbani Properties

In addition to the equity stakes in which Imbani invests during property development, the Group also invests in established properties. The expertise gleaned from many years of project development provides Imbani with an invaluable skill set ensuring its investments are well researched and well considered.

Imbani Insurance Brokers

Imbani Insurance Brokers is a ten year-old short term insurance company providing brokerage services. This joint venture between HRS and Imbani provides a suite of short term insurance to parastatals. The unique value-add of HRS Imbani is its ability to tailor brokerage services to individual requirements of its clients, and procure reinsurance from underwriters without the usual constraints of set parameters prevalent with the larger institutions.
